Debby Maziarz

Tangle MOTION Project Manager

Debby Maziarz is an experienced social entrepreneur, theatre director, youth worker, community facilitator, fundraiser and educator. In 1995 Debby founded the Westside Circus, a not for profit community arts organisation which uses circus, leadership and performance as modality to build personal confidence and resilience.

After realising in the final semester of his drama degree at Monash that he was not cut out for the life of a full-time performer, Adi stepped off the stage and decided his talents lay just behind the curtain.  After completing a post-graduate degree in Production and Events Management at the VCA, he embarked on a short lived career as a freelance stage and production manager, before being

Imbi Neeme

Position: 
The Administrator

Imbi grew up in a theatre family and always claimed she ran away from the circus to become an administrator.

Julie Wright

Position: 
Company Manager

Julie has worked extensively in theatre as a Stage Manager and Production Manager both locally and nationally. She is a graduate of the Victorian College of the Arts, School of Production.

Emma Dodd

Position: 
Production Manager

Emma joined Polyglot in 2012 with a wealth of arts management experience behind her. Over the last 12 years, she has worked with a myriad of Australian performing arts organisations in many capacities, both domestically and overseas.

Catherine French

Position: 
Marketing Coordinator

Catherine believes that pigs can and do fly.

A triple threat (non-realised), she instead strives to promote the works she is most passionate about and is delighted to join the Polyglot team in 2012. She has experience marketing arts, tourism and events in local government, not-for-profit orgnanisations and the independent theatre scene.

 

Lis Blake

Outreach Artist

Lis Blake is delighted to be taking on the role of Polyglot’s Outreach Artist.

Tamara Harrison

Position: 
Executive Producer

Tamara Harrison is an experienced arts administrator having worked in a variety of roles at Malthouse Theatre over the past 8 years. Most recently as Philanthropy Manager she worked closely with the board to achieve significant increases in annual giving, major gifts and trust and foundation support.
