Acknowledgment of country

Polyglot acknowledges that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live and create, and we pay our respects to Elders past and present. For more than 65,000 years, children and families have created and played here, and we are grateful to make our art on this country too.

Happy art!

2016 I had the opportunity to work as producer assistant with Polyglot Theatre, as they presented Ants and We Built This City in São Paulo, Brazil. Besides the opportunity to contribute with sensitive, pertinent and engaged artistic projects, I had the chance to make friends.

A picture’s worth a thousand words, so I chose a photo that reflects the state of happiness and collectivity that we’d experienced in Brazil. And I am even happier to recognize that this experience has also hit the public.

I hope that soon we will have the opportunity to meet again.
